Pricing and gold rate
Product prices are made up of the metal value at the published rate, plus making charges and applicable stone value. GST is added at checkout.
The gold rate moves through the day. The rate applied to your order is the one displayed at the moment the order is placed and paid for.
Orders and acceptance
An order is confirmed when payment is received and we send you a confirmation message. We may decline an order where a product is mispriced, unavailable, or where required identification is not provided.
Custom and made-to-order pieces
Commissions require a 30% advance, which locks the design and the gold rate. Custom pieces are eligible for exchange but not for refund, since they are made to your specification.
Indicative timelines are 21 to 45 days depending on stone sourcing. We will tell you if a timeline changes.
Savings plan
The Gold Savings Plan is governed by its scheme document. Instalments accumulate value at the rate applicable on each payment date.
The maturity bonus is credited only on completion of all instalments for the chosen tenure. Your principal is refundable at any time; the bonus is not payable on early closure.
Exchange of old gold
Exchange value is calculated on net metal weight after deducting stones and a 2% refining allowance, at the day’s 24K rate. Valuation is done in store using non-destructive testing, in your presence.
Government photo identification is required for every exchange transaction.
Warranty and service
Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and free polishing and re-tightening for as long as you own it. Damage from ordinary wear, accident or third-party alteration is not covered.

This storefront is a demonstration build. No payment is processed, no order is dispatched, and the rates shown are illustrative.
