- Order history, including savings plan instalments and exchange valuations.
- Identification required by law for gold transactions above the prescribed threshold.
- Basic usage data from this website, such as pages viewed and device type.
How we use it
Your information is used to process orders, arrange insured delivery, run your savings plan, and provide after-sales service such as polishing and repair.
With your consent we also send rate alerts, collection launches and order updates. You can opt out of any of these at any time from your account.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not store card numbers — payments are handled by our payment partner.
- We do not share your purchase history with third parties for advertising.
Data retention
Order and invoice records are kept for eight years as required under Indian tax law. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent. Everything else is deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to care@amukthajewels.com and we will respond within 30 days.
