Shipping
Every order ships fully insured at no cost to you, anywhere in India.
- Ready-to-ship pieces leave the atelier within 48 hours.
- Made-to-order pieces take 21 to 45 days depending on the design.
- Delivery requires an OTP and government photo ID at handover.
- You get an SMS with tracking as soon as the piece is packed.
Returns
If a piece is not right, return it within 15 days of delivery in its original packaging, with the certificate and invoice.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven working days of the piece passing inspection.
- Custom and commissioned pieces can be exchanged but not refunded.
- Pieces that have been altered, engraved or resized elsewhere are not eligible.
- Earrings can be returned only if the seal is intact, for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
Exchange any piece within 15 days for full value against another piece. After 15 days, standard buyback terms apply: 100% of metal value at the prevailing rate, less making charges.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
Do not accept a package with a broken seal — note it with the courier and call us immediately on +91 98765 43210. We replace or refund in full, and we cover the return logistics.
Servicing
Free polishing, rhodium plating and prong re-tightening for the life of the piece, at any of our three ateliers. Send it in insured and we return it the same way.
