Consultation
Sit with a designer — in store or over video — and talk through the occasion, budget and the person who’ll wear it.

Sketch & CAD
Two hand sketches, then a 3D render you can rotate and approve before a gram of gold is cut.

Stone selection
Choose from certified loose stones in person. Every stone comes with its IGI or GIA paperwork.

Crafting
Wax model, casting, setting and hand-finishing by the same karigar from start to finish.

Quality check
Hallmarking, weight verification and a final polish. You get photos at every milestone.
06
Delivery
Insured delivery or in-store handover, with the certificate and a lifetime service card.

Before you commission
- What does a commission cost?
- Custom pieces are priced the same way as our catalogue — metal at the day’s rate, plus making charges for the design’s complexity. You approve the quote before we start.
- How long does it take?
- Most commissions ship in 21–45 days depending on stone sourcing. Bridal sets should be commissioned at least eight weeks before the date.
- Can you rework my existing jewellery?
- Yes. We regularly remount heirloom stones and melt old ornaments into new designs — the metal value is credited to your commission.
- Is there an advance?
- A 30% advance confirms the design and locks the gold rate. The balance is due at delivery.
